"I have been doing yoga for years, but now I have been reformed….Kelly provides individual Pilates workouts. She has a great understanding of Pilates. Kelly is always changing the workouts to progress to a more challenging level or adapting if you have a problem area. The workout area is quiet and relaxing. You are not distracted by a large class. Kelly has a calm reassuring voice, which helps when you are trying to maintain focus on certain muscle groups. She is quick to remind you about correct posture and breathing techniques. I have total confidence in the movements she insists my body can do. The workouts are based on your personal strength and capabilities. It is not a competition. I have learned so much about my body and posture and it has fixed some long term muscle and joint problems that I have had. I would highly recommend Kelly to provide you with a quality Pilates workout. One that does not hurt your body, but improves it."
